1. How to order online?

(1) Choose the product you want to buy (the appropriate quantity, size, etc.) to add the product to your shopping cart.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

What is your payment terms?

We accept the following credit cards directly with our account: Visa, MasterCard etc. For first time customers, make sure to place your order at your billing address or we reject your transaction.

We also accept Western Union and HSBC (a bank transfer) to pay the order. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

4. Tracking method

It takes about 7-12 business days to arrive, and we will process the order within 2 days. Most items are received within 10 days, but if delayed we will say 12 days.

We will ship your order via EMS or DHL. After your order is shipped, we provide you with the shipping number. You can track your shipment through the following website.

If the customs wants to ask you the tax is less than 50 euros, we will pay half of the tax, and our customers are responsible for half of the tax revenue.

What is your shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the number of orders.

Once your product is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least three weeks prior to the big vacation so that you have enough time to deliver.

Can I exchange or cancel an order?

When our website sends an order, we tend not to change or cancel your order. Once you click "Validate Order", the order will be processed automatically. If you want to change, please contact our customer service immediately. However, because of the above, we can not guarantee that your order will change. We will send your product to us within a few hours.

7. Political return

If you are not satisfied with our products, you must contact us within one week. All items returned to us must be in original condition: not worn, altered or washed, all marked with attached.Il shipping you should pay, we will charge you your order amount 20% of our fee stocking.
If you have arrived at the package but you do not want to sign it, we will refund the package and we will charge 20% of the order amount as our commission. 8. My credit card has been rejected, right now?
